Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions
• Build financial controlling processes from scratch and continuously refine them as the business grows
• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal financial control procedures
• Manage monthly financial reporting
• Manage and support external audits
• Respond to finance-related requests from the CEO / Head of Finance
• Effectively manage external consultants and legal advisors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or treasury
• Proficiency with IFRS standards
• Big-4 experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience building financial controlling processes from the ground up
• Deep technical knowledge of accounting principles
• ACCA qualification or near completion is an advantage
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Russian proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
