Financial Controller

Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor the company's cash flow, investments, and financial planning.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
