Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly consolidated close across all entities using US GAAP
• Manage NAV and positions accounting, including collateral pools, open positions, and P&L
• Reconcile onchain state to the books daily, accounting for fee, funding, spread, and liquidation revenue
• Oversee digital asset accounting, including crypto treasury, stablecoin flows, and wallet-level reconciliation
• Build reconciliation and control infrastructure by wiring onchain data directly into the books
• Manage external auditors, drive audit readiness, and coordinate multi-entity international tax
• Manage treasury, cash/stablecoin balances, runway, and collateral movements
• Handle corporate accounting core including AP, payroll, and equity/token compensation

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Deep fluency in US GAAP
• Hands-on experience in both TradFi (positions, NAV, brokerage, or fund accounting) and crypto/digital asset accounting
• Experience in a broker-dealer, prime broker, hedge fund, or trading firm environment
• Ability to read block explorers and understand smart contract interactions for onchain reconciliation
• Proficiency with core ERP systems like QuickBooks
• Proven high agency in building or rebuilding finance functions in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-entity international experience
• Experience with VC-backed startup audit and fundraising support
• Deep expertise in crypto tax
