Financial Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of daily cash and security transfers related to investment products
• Monitor customer cash balances to identify unusual fluctuations, deficits, or excess balances
• Gather essential data points from vendors to support daily operational tasks
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams for accurate reporting
• Improve and maintain documentation of internal control processes
• Research and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Investment Operations team
• Ensure WORM-compliance related to FinOp books and records
• Contribute to special projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 0 to 1+ years of professional experience in financial services, FinTech, or regulated operations
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to learn Broker-Dealer compliance requirements and financial record-keeping
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
