Financial Partnership Development Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, execute, and manage end-to-end relationships with critical banking and network partners (FIs)
• Drive revenue through cross and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with Go-To-Market and Account Management teams
• Ensure the Thunes network is commercially attractive regarding transaction costs and FX
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Treasury to ensure operational excellence
• Develop country and regional go-to-market strategies for the MENA region

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in a payments scheme, Network Management, or related role
• Strong network across the payments industry in MENA markets
• Proven experience in closing relationships and growing a business
• Experience bringing new-to-industry products to market
• Experience working in a fast-growing small organization
• Fluency in Arabic
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE
