Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with members remotely via video, chat, and email to guide them on topics such as budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and more.
• Adapt the LearnLux Global Planning methodology to best serve members in the MENA region.
• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing subject matter expertise to improve financial guidance.
• Develop a deep understanding of member benefit plans to act as a trusted extension of HR teams.
• Collaborate with the content team to create outlines and review financial lessons for the digital platform.
• Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

Requirements

• Designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a relevant field
• At least three years of experience providing one-on-one financial guidance
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and insurance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a distributed team

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of regional financial systems and regulations in the MENA region
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Comfort working across multiple digital applications and platforms
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to large audiences
