Financial Risk Manager, Regulated entity

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent risk management activities across Margin, Loan, Derivatives, and Staking products
• Monitor limits, identify significant risk exposures, and recommend mitigation measures
• Work with business lines to implement controls and resolve limit breaches or system deficiencies
• Perform stress testing and scenario analysis across product lines; ensure accuracy of risk and capital calculations
• Maintain and update internal risk management framework and monitor regulatory developments
• Prepare and present risk reports to risk committees, supervisory boards, and regulators
• Lead implementation of risk management systems in collaboration with technology teams
• Conduct ad hoc investigations and analyses on market, modeling, or risk issues
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal and other corporate functions on shared risk matters
