Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent risk management activities across Margin, Loan, Derivatives, and Staking products
- Monitor limits, identify significant risk exposures, and recommend mitigation measures
- Work with business lines to implement controls and resolve limit breaches or system deficiencies
- Perform stress testing and scenario analysis across product lines; ensure accuracy of risk and capital calculations
- Maintain and update internal risk management framework and monitor regulatory developments
- Prepare and present risk reports to risk committees, supervisory boards, and regulators
- Lead implementation of risk management systems in collaboration with technology teams
- Conduct ad hoc investigations and analyses on market, modeling, or risk issues
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal and other corporate functions on shared risk matters
