Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting and bookkeeping within an internally developed 1C-based management system
  • Support primary document workflows including agreements, invoices, and bank statements
  • Collaborate with the ERP development team to set tasks, describe requirements, and coordinate system evolution
  • Coordinate with external outsourced accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
  • Ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage workflows, payments, and cash flow
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant
  • Proficiency in reading financial reports
  • Fluency in English and Russian (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in 1C
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACCA DipIFR certification
