Financial Systems Lead

About the Company

Teamshares is a technology-enabled acquirer of small and midsize businesses. We buy companies with $0.5 million to $5 million in EBITDA, integrate them with our platform, and help employees become owners.

Responsibilities

• Help leadership evaluate and decide which financial platforms are right for which companies
• Work with implementation partners and company finance teams to design and execute ERP transitions
• Establish best practices and standards for financial systems across the network
• Work as a peer with implementation consultants and technology vendors
• Diagnose financial-systems challenges and act as an escalation point for troubleshooting

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in ERP implementations, financial-systems leadership, or enterprise accounting
• Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite
• Strong judgment regarding financial-systems architecture and platform trade-offs
• Experience evaluating and advising on technology vendors and solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly with finance teams, implementation partners, and executives
• Willingness to be a hands-on individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementations for companies with multiple subsidiaries
• Background as a financial-systems consultant or solution architect
• Experience in financial operations, corporate accounting, or finance technology
• Hands-on expertise in QuickBooks or similar cloud platforms
