Responsibilities

  • Transition and grow your existing book of business onto Farther's modern platform
  • Leverage Focus Team resources, including coordinated events and market access, to acquire new clients
  • Access and engage high-net-worth prospects within major Fortune 500 companies
  • Utilize specialized institutional knowledge and training to build trust with target markets
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing expertise and mentoring developing advisors

Requirements

  • Existing book of business with established client relationships
  • Series 65 or 66 license
  • Proven track record of client retention and organic growth
  • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial drive

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP, CFA, ChFC, or other advanced certifications
  • Experience with corporate retirement plans, executive compensation, or small business owners
  • Existing relationships at large corporations
  • Experience mentoring or training junior advisors
