Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective accounts within branded foodservice, colleges and universities (C&U), healthcare, and corporate dining channels
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan for prospecting and securing new business
  • Negotiate contracts and establish pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Develop strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning
  • Travel as needed for product demonstrations, sample cuttings, and industry trade shows
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage foodservice broker networks
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and channel partners

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience establishing relationships with decision-makers at foodservice management companies
  • Prior experience selling into C&U, healthcare, hospitality, and corporate dining channels
  • Experience working with foodservice broadline distributors such as Sysco and US Foods
  • Experience managing relationships with providers like Aramark, Compass Group, or Sodexo preferred
