Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end foreclosure functions to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and investor guidelines
• Monitor regulatory, statutory, and investor guideline changes to ensure timely implementation
• Develop and implement functional reporting to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee relationships with attorneys, vendors, and business partners to monitor service delivery and quality
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Bankruptcy, and Loss Mitigation teams to drive operational efficiencies
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and minimize risk
• Prepare performance reports and updates for Senior Leaders regarding foreclosure trends and operational challenges
• Prioritize and allocate workload to meet critical deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of foreclosure servicing experience
• Strong understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure timelines
• Direct experience working with GSEs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac)
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems such as MSP or Black Knight
• Understanding of federal and state regulations including CFPB and FDCPA
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred
