Responsibilities

• Answer learner questions within a 48-hour timeframe
• Grade assignments within a 4-calendar-day timeframe
• Conduct weekly 1-hour telephone or video sessions

Requirements

• Must hold a FPA Professional Title (or equivalent higher degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an adult trainer
• Proven experience in multimodal facilitation (in-person, remote, hybrid, LMS, virtual classrooms)
• Mastery of certification frameworks
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills
• Attention to detail and evaluator rigor
