Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, an AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents that process sensitive enterprise data
• Experiment rapidly to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Work across the full product lifecycle: from conceptualization to production
• Lead end-to-end deployment in private cloud and on-premises environments (planning, configuration, testing, rollout)

Requirements

• Experience working directly with customers
• Proven experience shipping Python in production
• Hands-on development and deployment of high-performing RAG/agentic (Retrieval Augmented Generation/agent-based) applications (client or server-side)
• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments
• Strong coding abilities; comfortable working across the stack and resolving issues outside main codebases
• Strong knowledge in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous client-facing engineering roles
• Broad experience across backend, infrastructure, and deployment
• Passion for delivering customer value in the AI sector
• Strong adaptability to changing priorities
