Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
• Experiment rapidly and deliver high-quality solutions that engage customers
• Work across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to production
• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout

Requirements

• Experience working directly with customers
• Extensive hands-on Python production development
• Built and deployed high-performance client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications
• Strong full-stack coding abilities and a willingness to understand and fix issues across the stack
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and work with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with backend, infrastructure, agent development, and deployments
• Track record of delivering enterprise-grade software in sectors like finance, healthcare, or telecommunications
