Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform (EMEA & APAC)

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents and RAG pipelines that access sensitive enterprise data
• Lead end-to-end deployments of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
• Work across the full product lifecycle from design through production and rollout
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to integrate and validate solutions
• Experiment rapidly while maintaining high quality and security standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise AI or agentic systems at scale
• Strong backend and infrastructure engineering background
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and deployment automation
• Experience with semantic search, embeddings, or retrieval systems
• Comfortable troubleshooting across stacks and in client environments
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, customer-driven projects
