About the Company

Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. The company focuses on solving the challenges of applied AI by managing messy enterprise data through entity resolution, fact extraction, and retrieval that respects permissions and recency.

Responsibilities

• Pair with sales to technically align Endgame with customer systems and advise on best practices
• Run build, pilot, and GA loops for every use case to ensure successful implementation
• Drive end-to-end adoption by equipping champions and monitoring usage metrics
• Act as the technical voice in security and architecture reviews with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs
• Build strong relationships with technical champions and contribute to the product roadmap via R&D syncs
• Contribute to the codebase to solve customer-specific needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including agentic patterns, MCP, tool-use, and RAG architectures
• Prior customer-facing engineering experience (e.g., FDE, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Engineer)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured output and fact extraction
• Strong ability to teach and level up customer teams
• High standard for production-grade infrastructure
