About the Company

Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. We solve the problem of messy enterprise data by providing entity resolution, fact extraction, and retrieval that powers both day-to-day GTM work and production-ready AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Pair with sales to technically align Endgame with customer systems and advise on best practices
• Run build, pilot, and GA loops for every use case, building directly with the customer
• Drive end-to-end adoption by equipping champions and monitoring usage metrics
• Act as the technical voice in security and architecture reviews with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs
• Build strong relationships with technical champions and contribute to the product roadmap and codebase

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including agentic patterns, MCP, tool-use, and RAG architectures
• Prior customer-facing engineering experience (FDE, Solutions Architect, or similar)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of what constitutes production-grade infrastructure
• Ability to teach and level up customer teams
• Experience with structured output and fact extraction
