Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery and own the technical relationship for assigned clients.
  • Run technical calls, reviews, and sign-offs with client teams; translate client constraints into implementation plans.
  • Lead client-specific adapter and integration development (data mapping, API integrations, tenant configuration).
  • Make architectural decisions within scope and escalate platform-level concerns to Principal Engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product and infrastructure teams on deployments, release validation, multi-tenancy design and deployment strategy.
  • Contribute field insights to product roadmap and document reusable patterns and best practices.
  • Travel to client sites as required (<20%).

Requirements

  • Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages and scripting (TypeScript, Go).
  • Experience debugging cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, logs, traces).
  • Familiarity with relational databases and durable execution systems (e.g., Temporal).
  • Experience with API integrations, data mapping and tenant configuration.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for client success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for technical calls and client interactions.
  • Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and sound escalation judgment.
  • Abu Dhabi-based permanent role preferred or remote contractor within UTC+1 to UTC+4 with willingness to travel (<20%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in client-facing engineering or consulting roles.
  • Background in fintech, wealth management, or enterprise integrations.
  • Experience designing reusable adapter patterns and multi-tenant deployments.
  • Startup or agency experience with rapid delivery cycles.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
