Forward Deployed Engineer, Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare customer engagements end-to-end, from initial scoping and technical feasibility through implementation and post-delivery support.
• Act as the primary technical partner for assigned healthcare customers, building trusted relationships with their engineering teams.
• Develop and deploy custom integrations, data transformations, and applications to solve specific customer challenges.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and product development by identifying repeatable patterns and surfacing actionable feedback to the platform team.
• Navigate complex, regulated healthcare data environments with high judgment regarding PHI and regulatory requirements.
• Create reusable delivery leverage by contributing to playbooks, tooling, and templates to improve future deal execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering, solution architecture, forward deployed engineering, or technical implementation.
• Experience working with healthcare data, including a strong understanding of PHI and regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing technical communications and build trust with technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical execution skills in building custom solutions, integrations, and data transformations.
• Ability to thrive in high-ownership, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments.
• Comfort with managing multiple concurrent engagements and providing availability outside standard hours when deals are live.
