Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist (EMEA & APAC)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments of the North platform in private cloud and on-premises environments (planning, configuration, testing, rollout)
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security, and data management requirements
• Design and implement tailored deployment strategies that comply with data privacy and security standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and production issues to minimize downtime
• Iterate quickly and deliver high-quality integrations for enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience administering production Kubernetes clusters
• Strong DevOps background and solid CI/CD pipeline experience
• Experience deploying enterprise software in hybrid/private cloud environments
• Comfortable working directly with customers and enterprise IT teams
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy practices in enterprise settings
• Able to operate effectively in fast-paced, shifting-priority environments
