Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments (planning, configuration, testing, rollout)
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security, and data management requirements
• Design and implement deployment strategies that meet data privacy and security standards
• Administer and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for reliable rollouts
• Provide customer-facing technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation to minimize downtime
• Iterate quickly with high quality to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven production Kubernetes administration experience
• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments
• Strong virtualization and infrastructure-as-code experience
• Familiarity with security compliance and data privacy in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom)
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with enterprise customers
