Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical challenges for enterprise customers, including integration bottlenecks and multi-system orchestration.
• Design, prototype, and implement solutions using the Kore.ai Agent Platform through hands-on coding and architecture.
• Act as a technical peer to customer enterprise architects and CIOs, leading design reviews and presenting architecture blueprints.
• Lead technical workshops, design sessions, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and product development by providing real-world feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Document solution patterns and create reusable architectures to enable broader team success.
• Support high-value sales engagements through technical due diligence and custom demonstrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on engineering experience in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Proven experience working directly with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Expertise in AI/ML, specifically LLMs, conversational AI, and agentic AI applications.
• Experience with Voice AI, telephony integrations (SIP/WebRTC), and speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines.
• Strong background in RAG implementations and prompt engineering.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English for meetings and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Previous professional experience at enterprise platform vendors such as Palantir, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Pega.
