Forward Deployed Engineer

Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on Oscilar to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk using the power of AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architect proof-of-concept implementations for prospective customers.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation, including integration design, data mapping, and agent workflow configuration.
• Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows to automate fraud investigation, credit decisioning, and compliance monitoring.
• Craft and refine LLM prompts within agent workflows to ensure accurate and compliant behavior.
• Synthesize customer deployment patterns to provide structured product feedback and feature requests to engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer).
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or Agentic AI environments.
• Strong command of REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns (ETL, Snowflake, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and JSON.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, GPT) for practical problem-solving and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts like orchestration, tool use, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with financial services customers (fraud, credit risk, AML/compliance, or payments).
• Prior experience deploying or configuring AI/ML platforms or LLM-powered systems in an enterprise context.
