Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical partner for customers, translating operational needs into production-grade AI experiences
• Own projects entirely, from data cleaning and prototyping to full deployment, monitoring, and debugging in customer environments
• Implement model compression, quantization, and efficient serving techniques to meet strict latency and throughput requirements
• Develop sophisticated prompt chaining, self-correction mechanisms, and context management strategies using RAG architectures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML models
• Hands-on experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases
• Strong expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Ability to build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience containerizing models with Docker and deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders in a consulting or specialized engineering role
