Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with strategic customers in the UAE (Dubai and other Emirates) to discover high-impact audio and voice AI use cases.
  • Scope, design, and implement bespoke integrations of ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI into customer products and workflows.
  • Build prototypes and demos (Python + API) to validate technical approaches and demonstrate value to technical teams and executives.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery for strategic partners, coordinating across engineering, product, and research teams.
  • Advise customers on best practices for deploying TTS/STT and conversational audio models to maximize performance and safety.
  • Translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable product and research recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying audio/voice models in production or prototyping speech systems.
  • Prior work integrating SDKs or APIs into enterprise workflows.
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
  • Background working cross-functionally with product and research teams.
  • Familiarity with UAE enterprise environments, data residency, and compliance considerations.
