Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO to plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives across all departments.
  • Own special projects in operations, technology, partnerships, and growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis.
  • Help recruit, onboard, and coordinate new team members.
  • Improve internal processes, streamline communication, and ensure accountability.
  • Handle follow-ups, prepare briefings, and enable Founder efficiency.
  • Assist with new market launches, investor presentations, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptable, able to switch contexts quickly
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong business fundamentals
  • Relentless curiosity, high ownership, and a bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startups, consulting, venture building, or real estate tech
