Founder’s Right Hand – Remote

Responsibilities

• Translate founder's ideas into actionable plans and deliver across product, operations, and growth
• Lead cross-functional projects such as new city launches and process automation
• Handle critical business priorities, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks
• Conduct research and analysis into markets, competitors, and new opportunities
• Support talent identification and onboarding for a high-performing culture
• Act as an extension of the CEO, anticipating needs and managing priorities
• Support business development, nurturing key partnerships and investor relations

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in startups, consulting, operations, or venture building
• Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-pressure environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive ownership
• Curiosity for real estate tech, automation, and scaling businesses
