Founding Account Executive

About the Company

(Re)vive recovers damaged and returned inventory for premium fashion brands and turns it into revenue through resale, live commerce, and 3P marketplace channels. Backed by Madrona (Series A), we are defining a new category in the retail circular economy.

Responsibilities

• Own new brand acquisition end to end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close
• Drive top of funnel with high-velocity outbound to build long-term partnerships
• Communicate (Re)vive’s value proposition clearly and manage the MSA signing process
• Manage pipeline discipline within HubSpot, enforcing exit criteria and stage durations
• Ensure smooth handoffs to the onboarding team
• Travel up to 50% for brand meetings, market weeks, and industry events
• Collaborate with operations, merchandising, and leadership to enhance client experience

Requirements

• Proven Account Executive experience with a track record of hitting quota via outbound
• Deep sales acumen regarding pipeline management and deal diagnosis
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Ability to operate autonomously in an early-stage startup environment
• Comfort navigating contract terms and selling with conviction

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships in fashion, retail, or brand-side merchandising
