Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop structured GCC market-entry playbooks for partner startups, identifying decision-makers, pilot pathways and friction points
  • Lead our Substack growth, owning the editorial calendar and driving subscribers
  • Act as a 'ghost-writer' and strategist for the avenirX brand, building high-authority presence through consistent, value-driven LinkedIn campaigns
  • Build repeatable outreach systems across founders, universities and ecosystem partners
  • Proactively identify and fix bottlenecks in our workflow

Requirements

  • Final-year student or early-career professional (0–3 years experience) with evidence of initiative
  • Prior exposure to startups, VC, accelerators, growth, or ecosystem building
  • Strong written communicator
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Naturally organised and structured
  • Measure work in results, not posts published
  • Fast-moving, resourceful, and calm under pressure
  • Already on the ground in Dubai and understand the local startup ecosystem
