Founding Associate – Platform & GTM

Responsibilities

• Develop structured GCC market-entry playbooks for partner startups, identifying decision-makers, pilot pathways and friction points
• Lead Substack growth by owning the editorial calendar, using Substack’s internal network to drive subscribers, and turning readers into a loyal community
• Act as a "ghost-writer" and strategist for the avenirX brand, building high-authority presence through consistent, value-driven LinkedIn campaigns
• Build repeatable outreach systems across founders, universities, and ecosystem partners, turning cold entry points into qualified conversations
• Proactively identify and fix bottlenecks in workflow before they become problems

Requirements

• Final-year student or early-career professional (0–3 years experience) with evidence of initiative beyond coursework or job descriptions
• Prior exposure to startups, VC, accelerators, growth, or ecosystem building
• Strong written communicator
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Naturally organised and structured
• Measure work in results, not posts published
• Fast-moving, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Already on the ground in Dubai and understand the local startup ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in community outreach, business analysis, marketing strategy, business development, or startups
