About the Company

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage the chaos of omnichannel operations. We serve brands scaling from $1M to $500M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new customer onboarding from contract signature to live status
  • Manage retention, renewals, and the overall health of a book of business
  • Identify expansion opportunities for new channels, features, or integrations
  • Partner with product and marketing on customer communications and product updates
  • Build CS playbooks including onboarding checklists, QBR templates, and health score frameworks
  • Synthesize customer feedback to inform product development
  • Drive customer referrals and advocacy

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • SaaS experience serving e-commerce or consumer brands preferred
  • Understanding of omnichannel operations (inventory, orders, wholesale, retail)
  • Highly organized and data-driven approach
  • Ability to work hands-on with onboarding and troubleshooting
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
