Founding Designer (UI/UX) - Contract

Responsibilities

• Build and own Bolter's design system from the ground up
• Define interaction patterns for creating, understanding, and steering AI agents
• Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity, and craft
• Help shape the early design and product team as Bolter grows

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping AI products
• Ability to think in systems and interaction patterns rather than individual screens
• Strong product and design judgement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pragmatic environment where product is still being defined
