We're the company-building engine of Travis May, who co-founded and led the two largest data exits of the last 20 years. Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Foundation: Build the first version of the product end-to-end from initial architecture through shipping to real customers
• Partner Directly with the Founding CEO: Talk directly with customers and help set the technical direction and roadmap
• Establish Engineering Culture and Tooling: Help build the technical foundations, tooling, and engineering practices for scale
• Work Across Every Lane of the Company: Support product, sales, customer service, and other areas as needed

Requirements

• Strong generalist engineering experience building and shipping real products
• Experience as an early engineering hire (employee #1-10) at a startup or in a 0-to-1 capacity
• Ability to move fluidly across the stack and execute quickly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer interaction and ownership
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
