Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE®
  • Translate creative, brand, and agency workflows into scalable systems
  • Build a platform that supports services today and SaaS tomorrow
  • Ship fast, iterate often, and prioritize leverage over perfection
  • Act as a thought partner to the founder on product vision and sequencing

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles
  • Experience building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1
  • Strong product intuition: you think in systems, not features
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with evolving requirements
  • Ability to translate non-technical needs into technical solutions
  • Pragmatic, opinionated, and execution-focused

  • Full-Stack Web Development (Production-Grade)
  • Systems Thinking & Data Modeling
  • Workflow Automation & Tool Integration
  • AI / LLM Practical Implementation
  • Shipping Mentality
  • Experience building tools for agencies, creative teams, or knowledge workers
  • Exposure to AI workflows, LLMs, or automation systems
  • Experience scaling internal tools into external-facing products
  • Interest in brand, design, storytelling, or creative systems
  • Prior founding or early-employee experience
