Founding Product Manager

About the Company

Freeflow is building AI Agents for P&C Insurance Carriers. We are starting by solving claims auditing to provide continuous, AI-driven audits that detect leakage and errors in real-time. Our broader vision is to build an AI-native operating layer for insurance carriers, including submission intake and premium audits.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders, customers, and engineers to define product vision and economic value
• Define how AI agents model industry ontologies and integrate with carrier systems
• Review data structures including claims files, policies, and submissions
• Engage claims leaders and executives to translate real-world pain into shipped products
• Manage backlogs, feature prioritization, and product requirements
• Partner with engineers to break down requirements into actionable specs
• Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market decisions

Requirements

• Experience solving open-ended problems in early-stage startups (0 to 1)
• Ability to independently identify critical problems and implement solutions
• Experience interviewing users and documenting learnings
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance (SOC2, RBAC, SSO)
• Ability to structure and execute work with little to no supervision
• Passion for building new AI technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience in P&C insurance claims or claims auditing
• Comfort working with large unstructured data files (documents, notes, images, video, audio)
