Responsibilities

• Design and build reliable autonomous agent systems
• Work on browser execution at scale and low-latency communication between subsystems
• Develop reliable orchestration for long-running workflows and self-healing execution architectures
• Build memory systems and agent infrastructure that survives failures
• Design systems that are understandable and modifiable by both humans and AI coding agents
• Move between infrastructure and product-focused work to deliver customer value

Requirements

• Significant production Rust experience
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build robust systems
• Experience building and operating real products
• High autonomy and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Interest in AI systems and LLMs
• Ability to own problems from initial idea through to production

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in infrastructure, databases, or distributed systems
• Experience with developer tools, browsers, networking, or compilers
• Experience with runtime systems or AI infrastructure
• Background as a founder, open-source maintainer, or product-minded infrastructure builder
