Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define the sales process from the ground up to transition the company from founder-led sales to a scalable product-led sales motion
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting potential customers to closing deals
  • Prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound efforts to manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Expand customer accounts by identifying new use cases and growing revenue across various segments, from SMBs to large organizations
  • Establish foundational sales systems, data tracking, and processes
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to refine messaging and strategies based on real-world customer feedback

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in direct B2B SaaS selling
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong technical foundation with fluency in no-code and automation tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate in ambiguity and take initiative
  • Resilience, grit, and the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical buyers
