FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the business in providing actionable information to support operational and strategic decision making
• Take ownership of expense budgets for various functions
• Manage and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners
• Provide detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary
• Complete month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis
• Prepare financial summaries for leadership presentations
• Drive efficiency and accuracy improvements in forecasting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical experience working with complex data sets
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• NetSuite experience preferred
