FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Create and maintain models to predict performance and assess business decisions
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and executive requests
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with the CFO and business units to support data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports
• Identify and improve data quality and reporting processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience
• 2+ years experience with a data visualization tool (preferably DOMO)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field
• Experience in a startup environment
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
