FP&A Manager (for the Ukrainian Customers)

Responsibilities

• Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw data
• Review and correct accountants in the preparation of financial statements
• Develop financial systems from scratch with the R&D team
• Work with multiple data sources and large volumes of data
• Build unit economics systems with detailed operational analysis for various business models
• Develop forecasting systems with KPIs for all departments
• Establish and manage the budgeting process to control and prevent cash gaps
• Lead direct communication with founders and CFOs on the customer side
• Analyze financial statements and business metrics
• Provide recommendations for optimizing costs and compiling financial strategies
• Manage projects including strategy, deadlines, priority, and quality
• Create financial models

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting in a fast-growing company
• B2 English level proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managerial roles managing teams and projects
• Expertise in analysis of financial indicators including GAAP and unit economics
• Experience in managing company finances and implementing decisions
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Strategic thinking and rigorous problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple customers, projects, and requests simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high level of proactivity
