FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw data
• Review and correct accountants in the preparation of financial statements
• Develop financial systems from scratch with the R&D team
• Build unit economics systems and forecasting systems with KPIs
• Establish and manage the budgeting process to prevent cash gaps
• Lead direct communication with founders and CFOs on the customer side
• Provide recommendations for optimizing costs and financial strategy
• Manage projects including strategy, deadlines, and team workload
• Create financial models

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting
• Experience setting up an Odoo system (required)
• Experience with the manufacturing industry (required)
• B2 English level
• Experience in managerial roles managing teams and projects
• Expertise in financial indicator analysis, GAAP, and unit economics
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
