FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct dedicated accounting teams on full monthly accounting cycles
• Develop short-range and long-range financial plans to maximize profitability
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
• Present operating results to boards of directors and senior management
• Supervise client engagements and direct internal finance teams
• Assist with systems implementations and custom software solutions
• Analyze market trends and competition within client industries

Requirements

• 8+ years in a financial role
• 5+ years as a finance leader
• Strong understanding of equity and debt financing
• Proven track record in financial modeling and tracking
• Experience leading budgeting and financial planning processes
• Ability to oversee corporate accounting functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
