RevenueBase is building the data infrastructure that makes AI agents trustworthy. We provide continuously refreshed, verified B2B data and tools for humans and autonomous AI agents, powering industry leaders like Clay, Orbital, and Dun & Bradstreet.

Responsibilities

• Fix the financial data pipeline by auditing and automating data flow between Stripe, HubSpot, and QuickBooks
• Build internal dashboards for SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC) and sales funnel analytics
• Own funnel analysis for both sales-led and PLG motions
• Direct outsourced bookkeeping (Pilot) to ensure clean and timely monthly closes
• Manage revenue recognition (ASC 606) for mixed subscription and usage-based models
• Build strategic models including rolling cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and scenario plans
• Prepare financial models and data rooms for Series A fundraising
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and tax compliance

Requirements

• Experience as a finance leader in a high-growth B2B SaaS or usage-based company
• Hands-on experience with Stripe's billing infrastructure and metered billing
• Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) for mixed models
• Ability to build investor-grade financial models and explain unit economics to VCs
• Strong systems-building mindset to automate manual reconciliations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pilot or similar outsourced bookkeeping services
• HubSpot CRM experience
• Background in B2B data, GTM tech, or infrastructure
• CPA or CFA designation
• Experience supporting companies through Series A fundraising and diligence
