Responsibilities

• Action daily applications and existing account portfolio cases pended into the fraud queue
• Review information elements on cases to decision for first party and third party fraud
• Monitor live transaction activity to identify high risk scenarios
• Drive improved performance on established Fraud KPIs to reduce fraud loss
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while balancing productivity and quality decisions

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations (transaction monitoring, application review, disputes, or BSA/AML)
• Ability to identify patterns and dive into complex situations
• Ability to work independently to resolve cases under service level agreements
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a high growth startup
• Financial services industry experience
