Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of fraud detection, alert management, and investigation procedures
  • Manage teams responsible for Level 1 fraud alert review and Level 2 fraud case investigation
  • Establish and monitor quality standards, productivity expectations, and SLAs
  • Assist in overseeing BSA/AML program components, including suspicious activity identification
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to enhance fraud detection strategies
  • Participate in risk assessments to identify emerging fraud typologies
  • Drive continuous improvement in alert-to-case workflows and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud operations
  • Experience in alert review, case investigation, and fraud typology analysis
  • Ability to direct daily work of individual contributors regarding documentation and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAMS certification
  • CFE certification
  • Other fraud or financial crimes certifications
