Freelance Creative Designer (PowerPoint & Social)

Responsibilities

• Build custom PowerPoint templates, master slides, and advanced presentations
• Design static and animated assets optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels
• Rapidly create visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
• Develop internal communications materials including newsletters, town hall decks, and infographics
• Interpret and apply brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate non-design briefs into visual solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Distill complex content into compelling, easy-to-digest visuals

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including template building and data visualization
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Familiarity with Canva and Figma
• Experience designing for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Track record in internal communications design
• Ability to uphold and evolve brand identity
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
