Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production workflow and balance creative taste with delivery speed
• Develop creative concepts and scripts independently before production begins
• Utilize AI-augmented workflows and tools like ElevenLabs for voiceover
• Source and manage a creator network to ensure brief adherence and deadline compliance
• Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye to provide direct feedback on hooks and energy
• Refine modular ad structures including hooks, bodies, and CTAs for scalable testing

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in scriptwriting and concept development
• Strong operational skills and ability to create organized workflows
• Deep fluency in TikTok platform trends and native content styles
• High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity or production setbacks independently
• Ability to provide direct, critical feedback to creators
• Capability to maintain significant overlap with Central European Time (CET)
