Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Quality Visual Assets: Create a wide range of graphic design assets (e.g., social media graphics, ad creatives, presentation slides, basic UI elements) according to detailed project briefs.
  • Rapid Iteration and Feedback Application: Quickly revise and refine designs based on video feedback provided by Creative Directors, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to critique.
  • Maintain Design Standards and Brand Consistency: Ensure all delivered assets adhere to client brand guidelines and project-specific requirements, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • Manage High-Volume Workload: Efficiently handle multiple design deliverables per hour, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines and client demands.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors: Actively engage with Creative Directors for project briefs, feedback sessions, and final approvals, fostering clear and effective communication.
  • Utilize Design Tools Proficiently: Leverage industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) to produce polished and professional design outputs.
  • Contribute to Portfolio Development: Consistently produce work that can be showcased, aiming to expand personal and the company's design portfolio with diverse project examples.
