Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and teaching online lessons (45 minutes each) for corporate clients
• Delivering 1:1 private lessons including language teaching and personalised coaching
• Conducting needs analyses, assessing levels, and creating bespoke learning paths
• Teaching online group classes (up to 5 people) focusing on active learning and communication

Requirements

• C2 Level of teaching language
• Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees
• Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support
• B1 or above in English if your teaching language is not English, or B1 or above in another language if English is your teaching language
• Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
• High-speed internet and a modern laptop/PC with a microphone and camera
• Ability to comply with local freelance/contractor regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Speaking more than two languages
• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication
